quick and dirty.
I EAT U!
this is it 2
I am looking at these from a Cafe at the Bett show – over a very very slow connection! Painful. This is a fantastic game – I shall show it from the Adobe stand when I next speak, which will be 2.30
I would love to know how you made that last image – can you tell me
i took the (screened) image, pasted it onto a photo of a cinema with people in it,
modified the colours of that cinema,
copied the cinema layer, performed a radial blur on the copy, pulled down the opacity to something like 50%, pulled down the opacity for the screen layer by 50% so i could crop and fit it to the screen, cut off the edges to match the resolution, a bit of rotation, distortion, setting it up to 100% again, duplicating layer, setting to overlay, pull down opacity to 5%, created an overlay gradient (white to black down) effect on the lower screen layer, placed a color (black) layer between screen and cinema (background), pulled opacity down to 40%.
plus i created a green flare (with cloud rendering, blur, mezzotint, blur, radial blur, opacity –> 10%) as color over the image, giving it that greenly blue creepy color.
good luck
may the force be with you
